We have an amazing opportunity for an Interim Head of Brand and Marketing to join a globally recognised media brand for the hospitality sector, this is a prestigious B2C brand that celebrates excellence across restaurants, bars, hotels, vineyards, and travel experiences. The role is hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office a commutable distance from London in the South East and a maternity contract of c. 9-12 months (TBC).

As Head of Brand & Marketing, you'll manage a small team of 5 and shape and evolve the brand's global identity, ensuring it remains premium, aspirational, and culturally relevant. You'll own brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and creative standards, acting as a guardian across all touchpoints. Alongside this, you'll lead integrated marketing campaigns for global rankings, ceremonies, consumer events, and partner activations, balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution.

Your responsibilities will include developing multi-year brand and marketing plans, driving digital and social growth, and optimising performance through data-driven insights. You'll collaborate closely with partnerships, content, and events teams to deliver co-branded campaigns and sponsor visibility, while managing budgets and mentoring a team of five.

We're looking for a leader with proven experience in B2C brand and marketing strategy, ideally within luxury hospitality, restaurant or lifestyle sectors. You'll have a strong grasp of B2C branding principles, digital marketing, and audience engagement, combined with excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
