Overview:

We are seeking an experienced T24 Architect with proven expertise in T24 upgrades and core banking transformation programs. The ideal candidate will lead architecture strategy, define enterprise solutions, and drive modernization initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.

Your Role:

  • Lead the creation of integrated views of business and technology capabilities.
  • Define target architectures, roadmaps, and timelines for core banking transformation.
  • Champion innovative ideas to improve technology value delivery and customer experience.
  • Drive architecture strategy for core banking domain, including enabling technologies.
  • Define end-to-end processes and operating models for retail and corporate banking.
  • Lead architecture streams in transformation programs and act as the primary liaison between business and IT.
  • Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and socialize strategies effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with governance forums and regulatory frameworks.
  • Map enterprise banking capabilities and align applications to these capabilities.
  • Provide deep industry insights and forward-thinking perspectives on trends and disruptions.
  • Oversee full lifecycle delivery of technical solutions—from concept to operational support.
  • Identify service domains and define workflows for business processes.
  • Maintain proactive problem-solving approach and propose continuous improvement ideas.

Your Profile:

  • Strong experience in T24 architecture and upgrade projects.
  • Proven track record in core banking transformation programs.
  • Understanding of APIs, event-driven patterns, and integration strategies.
  • Expertise in data management, analytics, and responsive design principles.
  • Ability to define enterprise solutions and modernization strategies.
  • Extended experience in retail and corporate banking.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and establish trusted relationships with business and IT teams.
  • Experience in defining target processes and operating models.
  • Ability to identify service domains and create aligned capability models.
  • Familiarity with governance forums and industry best practices.
