What will your day look like?

As an Associate Talent Partner, your day will be highly hands-on and delivery-focused, centered around identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional candidates across a wide spectrum of technical and non-technical roles. At VML MAP we look for talent for client-facing, strategic, and creative functions, alongside product, tech, and data specialisms, with the focus on marketing automation. You'll play a crucial role in building pipelines of individuals that impact large scale marketing campaigns for global brands, managing candidate flow, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone you interact with. This is a role where your direct contribution to finding the right people makes a tangible impact every single day.

More Specifically, You Will

  • Efficiently manage and review high volumes of incoming applications, reviewing CVs and applications in a timely manner to identify suitable candidates for further assessment, particularly for technical roles.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' potential match against defined job requirements, assessing their skills.
  • Manage essential recruitment coordination tasks, including actively booking and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing interview logistics, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Accurately update and maintain all candidate information, communications, and progress within our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, ensuring data integrity for effective pipeline management and reporting.
  • Participate in initial briefing sessions with hiring managers alongside a Talent Partner, gaining a deep understanding of new role requirements.
  • Champion a professional and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the talent acquisition process, acting as a key point of contact for candidates and ensuring timely, consistent communication

This is the chance to be a part of a global network supporting the recruitment across global locations.

What do you bring to the table?

You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on delivery role and possess a strong ability to build rapport and manage multiple priorities.
