For this position you will:
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project. For services, coordinate delivery with delivery organization(s).
- Ensure management of project controls (risks, issues and dependencies).
- Review project deliverables and ensure they are of the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget in accordance with the project plan.
- Effectively apply the Amadeus project management methodology and enforces project standards.
- Ensure that the project is managed to budget, time and quality; that it delivers the benefits anticipated in the business case.
- For services, when applicable, trigger billing by informing Revenue Management and account manager when delivery is completed or milestone reached.
- Use structured logic and methods to solve problems. Propose effective solutions based on own/team's ideas and feedback
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
Experience in project or program management within technology or travel-related industries would be a plus
Familiarity with governance frameworks and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
