Are you an experienced medical device sales professional ready to lead the growth of a breakthrough therapy in chronic low back pain (CLBP)? This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative organisation at the forefront of neurostimulation and pain management — driving adoption of a unique therapy that is transforming patients' lives.

About the Role

As Associate Therapy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of a pioneering treatment designed to help patients suffering from chronic pain. This position focuses on business development, market education, and therapy adoption, working closely with clinicians, advocacy groups, and healthcare institutions to create sustainable patient pathways and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep clinical and product knowledge to support therapy awareness and adoption.
  • Drive business growth through account development, patient pipeline creation, and long-term sales planning.
  • Partner with physicians and clinical teams to deliver educational sessions, procedural support, and patient programming.
  • Build strategic partnerships and manage customer relationships across the region.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies that promote the therapy as a first-line option for eligible CLBP patients.
  • Lead product presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth therapy implementation in hospitals and clinics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding clinical support and customer service.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience, ideally within pain management, spine, or neuromodulation sectors.
  • Proven success in business development, account management, and market creation.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain key customer relationships and achieve sales growth.
  • Bachelor's degree (life sciences, business, or related field preferred).
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and clinical environments (including the OR).

Who You Are

You are a driven, ethical, and strategic professional who thrives on bringing innovative medical solutions to market. You combine commercial acumen with clinical credibility and have a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Why Join

This is more than a sales role — it's an opportunity to shape the future of chronic pain treatment and make a real impact on patients' lives. You'll join a collaborative, mission-driven team where initiative, ownership, and integrity are valued and rewarded.
