What we're looking for:

A motivated and qualified
Speech and Language Therapist
(HCPC-registered and a member of the Royal College. Must have completed NQP Competencies)

Someone who values
relationship-building
and enjoys working closely with children and their families. You will be responsible for your own caseload.

A therapist who takes a
child-centered, evidence-based
approach to intervention.

A great communicator who thrives in a
supportive and collaborative
setting.

Desirable (but not essential)

Interest in
gestalt language processing, stammering, and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC)
.


ADOS-2 trained
or an interest in gaining this qualification.

An interest in
completing assessments for education tribunals
to support children's educational needs.

Your responsibilities:

Holding a
regular therapy caseload
, providing ongoing support to children and their families.


Assessing and diagnosing
speech, language, and communication difficulties in children and young people.

Creating
tailored resources
to support individualized therapy.


Communicating
a child's needs and support recommendations with parents and educators.

Keeping
HCPC-compliant clinical records
, maintaining high standards of professional practice.


Managing your own caseload
, with autonomy and flexibility to structure your work in a way that suits you.
