Drayton are thrilled to be partnering with a high-growth fashion brand, who are now seeking a CEO to help lead the business through its next phase of growth.
In this exciting role, you will:
- Partner closely with the founder, shaping the strategic direction of the business ensuring the business remains agile, relevant and culturally resonant in a dynamic market landscape.
- Drive operational excellence by overseeing all aspects of business performance, including finance, supply chain and day-to-day operations, with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability.
- Support brand evolution, new category development, and market expansion plans to support sustainable growth and long term-competitiveness.
- Strengthen organisational structure to support rapid scaling and operational efficiency.
- Establish clear KPIs, reporting rhythms, and governance to improve visibility and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins, streamline workflows, and optimise cost structures.
- Build and manage a high-performing, best-in-class team as the business scales.
- Prepare the business for future investment or exit opportunities.
Requirements for this role include:
- Demonstrated success in leading or scaling a fast-growing consumer brand, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors. The candidate should be comfortable navigating rapid expansion and adept at building momentum in dynamic environments.
- A strong grasp of commercial operations, including supply chain, finance, and strategic planning. The right candidate will bring a data-driven mindset and a track record of driving profitability and operational excellence.
- Proven ability to build, inspire and manage high-performing teams.
- Experience working closely with founders or creative leaders, translating vision into actionable strategy.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and direct-to-consumer models.
- Based in or willing to commute regularly to the North-West.
