About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie at Longridge House, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen brigade, responsible for:

  • Running a specific section of the kitchen with efficiency and precision.
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintaining impeccable hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Training and mentoring junior chefs and commis chefs.
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu development and specials.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, quality restaurant or hotel.
  • A strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A true passion for food and a desire to continuously learn and develop your craft.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and Food Hygiene certifications.
