ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Organisational Development (OD) Practitioner to join us at Locala.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a team who is committed to make a difference in our organisation by empowering our leaders and colleagues to thrive by providing them with development and tools to create a psychologically safe environment. When colleagues are engaged and happy they give better care every day to our patients in the communities we serve.
As part of OD team, you will design and facilitate a range of learning and organisational development interventions across the organisation which support the Thrive Strategy.
As an Organisational Development Practitioner, you will be working across the full cycle of learning and OD work; from scoping and analysing, data gathering and designing appropriate and impactful solutions to delivering engaging interventions and programmes, as well as evaluating short, medium and long-term impact.
You will play a crucial role in fostering growth, innovation and high performance across our organisation. If you have strong and effective communication skills, a high level of self-awareness and you are passionate about people and process with previous experience of engaging facilitation across a range of topics, we want to hear from you
This post is hybrid working with a requirement travel on a regular basis to our Locala sites across Kirklees, Calderdale, Bradford and Greater Manchester.
