We're looking for an experienced and proactive
Business Development Executive
to help drive engagement and utilisation across a growing portfolio of public property and open space projects.

This role would suit someone who thrives on autonomy, takes initiative, and enjoys building trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders, not a pushy salesperson, but a connector who brings ideas and people together to make things happen.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and progress opportunities to enhance the use of public and community spaces.
  • Build relationships with local authorities, community groups, and external partners.
  • Act as a key contact throughout the engagement and onboarding process.
  • Work cross-functionally with property, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Represent the organisation at events and forums to raise awareness and encourage participation.
  • Track project progress and share insights to continuously improve service delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, or estates/property management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without pressure.
  • An understanding of (or interest in) the public or community sector.
