Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-country promotional program execution across regulatory, market access, medical affairs, sales operations, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Oversee field team performance, vendor management, and program governance to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
  • Manage project-level P&L and drive operational efficiency across execution layers.
  • Develop and implement strategic launch plans for new pharmaceutical brands.
  • Ensure alignment with contractual KPIs and full risk model obligations.
  • Serve as a strategic interface between commercial, medical, regulatory, and operational teams.
  • Drive performance metrics, coaching programs, and incentive structures to enhance productivity.
  • Champion digital transformation and omnichannel strategies to optimize HCP engagement.
  • Lead adoption of advanced CRM platforms, data-driven insights, and digital engagement tools.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven success in commercial operations across multiple international markets.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, regulatory affairs, market access, and vendor management.
  • Strong background in financial oversight and P&L accountability.
  • Experience leading large, diverse field teams and implementing performance-driven structures.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and digital engagement tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with industry regulations.
