About The Role
What you'll be doing:
We are recruiting for an energetic and empathetic Field Care Supervisor to support the Care Assistants and customers. As a Field Care Supervisor you will be based predominantly in the field supporting Caremark's wonderful customers and fantastic Care Assistants. We are looking for a forward-thinking person who can adapt to changing situations as required.
You will carry out a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Assessing and reviewing individual services
- Practical supervision, instruction and support of the amazing Care Assistants
- Administration tasks in relation to both Customers and Care Assistants
- Support our care team and maintain our robust Quality Assurance system,
- This will be across a 5 day working pattern (40 hrs per week) to include alternate weekends.
- You will act as a link between the customers and the office and oversee care quality control.
- A huge part of the role is to ensure the customers are happy and satisfied with their care.
- You will be required to cover care calls if required.
- You will be assessing new customers and writing care plans and risk assessments, and on-boarding them.
- You will be part of the on-call rota
You'll be great in this role if you are:
- A great communicator, highly self motivated and well organised
- Solid leadership skills
- Committed to maintaining our highest standards at all times of yourself and others
- You must have a Full UK driving License and be a confident driver
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Flexible approach to work, and responsive
- Caring and sensitive, with the ability to show empathy
- Able to communicate with people at all levels
- Ability to communicate with good writing skills
- Team work
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards
