Role Overview

Working full-time, Monday to Friday hours per week, 8:45am–5:00pm), you'll receive a starting salary of £24,740, rising to £25,700 after one year of service.

Hybrid Working Schedule (Post-Training):

  • First 2 months: Fully office-based (Liverpool City Centre)
  • After 2 months: 1 day per week remote
  • After 4 months: 2 days per week remote
  • After 6 months: 3 days per week remote

Please note: A successful DBS check is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update existing accounts, import new policies, and process leavers/amendments using in-house systems
  • Liaise with company representatives and brokers to resolve queries
  • Respond to inbound emails and calls regarding membership data; process updates accurately
  • Complete bulk uploads and terminations for account changes
  • Distribute and process payroll deduction and Direct Debit forms
  • Action policy downgrades as directed by the finance team
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate spreadsheets
  • Support other tasks as directed by the Policy Management or Corporate Accounts Team Leader

What We're Looking For

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in resolving customer or client queries to a high standard
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail

Desirable Backgrounds:

  • Policy/Data Administration
  • Finance, Insurance, Medical, NHS or Employee Benefits sectors
