Role Description
As a
SaaS B2B Sales Representative
, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with small-to-medium businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers.
This is a full-cycle sales role covering prospecting, product demos, proposal management, and closing deals. You'll play a key role in growing our UK customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and contact potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound leads and assess customer needs
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
Product Demonstrations
- Conduct online product demos to showcase how EzzyBills solves accounting workflow challenges
- Understand customer pain points and tailor presentations accordingly
Sales Execution
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new subscription accounts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Customer Relationship Building
- Develop strong relationships with accountants, bookkeepers, and business owners
- Work with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding handover
- Represent EzzyBills professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales strategies
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in Business Development and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technologies
- Strong organizational, self-motivation, and time management skills
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with a base in Manchester Area, UK
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Familiarity or experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus
