25hrs per week/39 weeks year - Term Time Only
An exciting, rewarding opportunity has arisen for a highly-motivated, organised school support officer to work in our reception at Llanwern High School. In joining us you will work alongside a team of very supportive, friendly and highly-committed individuals.
Llanwern High School is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive school serving much of the eastern side of Newport. We are housed in a new building that provides a learning environment and facilities appropriate for a 21 st century school.
We currently have over 1100 pupils on roll and are continuing to grow.We believe that education should be about preparing young people with the key skills and behaviours that they will need for a successful future, hence our school vision of "Nurture, Growth, Success for All" and support staff are key in assisting to achieve this.
