We are a small, friendly Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Administrator
to join our team. This is a part-time, flexible role — ideal for someone with financial services experience who values independence and work–life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update client information and valuations in
Intelligent Office (IO)
. - Support client review meetings and ensure client files are complete and compliant.
- Process new business applications and provider paperwork.
- Maintain accurate, well-organised client records.
- Handle general office administration, including scanning, filing, and responding to client queries.
- Liaise with providers and clients to ensure smooth, timely processing of all actions.
About You
- Previous experience in an
IFA
,
wealth management
, or
financial services
environment. - Familiarity with
Intelligent Office (IO)
or similar CRM/back-office systems preferred. - Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to manage your own workload.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
