The role

As the Graphic Designer, you play a vital role in shaping our brand identity and delivering engaging visual content across multiple channels. You'll transform concepts into compelling visual designs for print, and multimedia platforms, ensuring creative consistency and alignment with our brand.

You'll work with teams across B2B, Private Tours and Marketing to create a variety of materials. including digital assets and printed collateral. You'll support E-Commerce Manager in keeping the website on brand, enhance video content with motion graphics where needed, and lead the design of our annual tour brochures, bringing together input from multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Design: Create captivating designs for print, digital, and multimedia applications.
  • Content Creation: Develop online and offline assets using brand photography, videography, and user-generated content.
  • Motion Graphics: Add graphic elements, overlays, and animations to video content and digital ads to maintain campaign consistency.
  • Website Design Support: Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to ensure on-brand styling across the website and propose design improvements where necessary.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with B2B, Private Tours, and Marketing teams to create materials such as posters, leaflets, and digital content for campaigns and events.
  • Campaign Consistency: Ensure visual and brand alignment across all creative materials and platforms.
  • Brand Storytelling: Support Marketing and Sales in developing visual solutions that communicate our brand narrative effectively.
  • Campaign Design: Create marketing materials that reflect our brand ethos, contribute to A/B testing, and localize content for global markets.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
  • Innovation: Stay informed on design and digital trends, motion graphics techniques, and emerging technologies to keep our creative output fresh and engaging.

Your skills, experience & qualifications

Essential

  • Customer-centric mindset dedicated to exceptional user experiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong grasp of social media and digital communications best practices.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
  • Digital-first approach with a proven track record in digital design.
  • Experience in creating effective graphic layouts for print materials in InDesign.
  • Commitment to maintaining consistent creative standards.
  • Experience in 2D graphic design and illustration.
  • Collaborative and effective team player.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms.

Desirable

  • Experience using Figma, including prototyping.
  • Exposure to 3D drawing or animation is a plus.
  • Education in video production, animation, graphic design preferred.
  • Experience with Canva would also be beneficial, as many assets are shared with the wider team for resizing and adaptation.
