**What You'll Do**

  • Support bartenders in preparing and serving beverages efficiently and to the highest standards
  • Ensure the bar area is always clean, organised, and fully stocked
  • Maintain stock levels by replenishing spirits, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and bar tools
  • Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and cellar duties
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding guest service.

**What We're Looking For**

  • Previous experience in a barback or similar support role is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills
  • A passion for hospitality and an interest in progressing within the bar or restaurant industry
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
