9am – 5pm, 35 hours per week (flexible start/finish times, 1-hour lunch)**
This boutique Chartered IFA practice works closely with one of the UK's top accountancy firms, giving their clients access to a wide range of financial planning and tax expertise.

The team is small, dynamic, and highly collaborative – three Chartered Advisers (Directors), three Paraplanners, and a close-knit Client Support team. You'll enjoy a non-corporate, supportive culture where everyone plays a key role.

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to provide one-to-one support to a Chartered Financial Planner. This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of administration tasks and annual review processes.

Looking For Someone With Experience With

  • Preparing and processing client documentation, including annual review packs (using Dynamic Planner)
  • Using Intelligent Office (IO) systems
  • Working across different platforms such as Aviva, AJ Bell and Abrdn.
