The RoleWe're looking for a Client Servicing Executive to support Ebury's growth in the institutional space. You'll be a key part of the Ebury Institutional team, acting as a liaison between our front office, back office teams, and our clients to ensure transactions and processes run smoothly and safely on our platform.
You'll be responsible for:
Resolving customer requests via email, chat, or call.
Collaborating with various internal departments to solve client queries.
Working with our front office teams to provide exceptional customer service.
Identifying upsell opportunities within the existing client portfolio.

You should have:
