Senior Fund Finance

Position Overview:

A talented Fund Finance is required by a growing Fund Finance team for a global financial services company listed on the FSTE 250. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering complex financing solutions for leading funds worldwide, while shaping the future of one of the most dynamic areas of the client's business.

The Role

You will:

  • Drive end-to-end deal execution – from structuring and negotiating term sheets to closing transactions.
  • Lead client engagements – acting as a trusted advisor on fund finance projects.
  • Build and maintain strong networks – developing deep relationships with lenders, managers, lawyers, and fund administrators.
  • Shape business strategy – helping to set goals and influence the direction of the Fund Finance unit.
  • Represent the business at high-profile industry events, including domestic and international conferences.
  • Support business growth – by contributing to client pitches and helping secure new mandates.

About You

You will have:

  • 4+ years' experience in fund finance (lender, borrower, or advisor).
  • Lender experience most preferred, especially with NAV/GP financing experience.
  • 360* role, being involved in deals, sales, strategy and external events
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and win new business.
  • Proven leadership qualities and the ability to deliver to the highest standards within a close-knit team.
  • Analytical strength and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to run multiple transactions simultaneously.
