With effect from 01 April 2026, NHS Scotland is reducing its full time working week from 37 to 36 hours per week, there will be no change in full time pay.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Nursewithin Angus HSCP, a partnership committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and transformational change. We are seeking an experienced nursing leader who shares our values of strength-based, trauma-informed, and relational practice.
Angus HSCP provides a wide range of services and our partnership is on a progressive journey of service transformation, and you will join us at a pivotal time as we advance our improvement ambitions for community health services.
We are looking for an exceptional leader who can inspire and influence across organisational boundaries. Key priorities of the role include provision of professional leadership and direction for nursing services; ensure robust clinical and care governance arrangements; develop and maintain a highly skilled nursing workforce aligned to population needs and promote a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and excellence in patient safety and care.
