The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the quality requirements associated with the procurement of safety critical products, goods and services forming part of the high-pressure gas transmission system, including pipelines and above ground installations.

  • Review, challenge, and monitor compliance with vendor quality plans.
  • Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with critical suppliers to achieve SGN's strategic objectives.
  • Support project managers in delivering specific projects while ensuring compliance with quality requirements and Value for Money.
  • Develop and implement SGN's Quality Management System and Quality Control system.
  • Provide regular reporting on system compliance and performance, with a focus on continuous process improvement.

What You Will Need

  • Gas transmission project experience in a quality engineering environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in the gas, process or petrochemical industries would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in quality management is required together with good working knowledge of Gas Transmission quality standards.
  • A formal qualification in Quality Management desirable.
