Our Warrington Sales Office is located within our TeamSport Warrington Venue, so close to the action that you can see the races unfold TeamSport Warrington is located just a stone's throw from the River Mersey, and sits only a short walk from Warrington Bank Quay station on the West Coast Main Line.

Main Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative in our busy call centre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This dynamic role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:
- Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers, providing information on karting availability and assisting with bookings.
- Respond to sales enquiries via email and live chat, delivering the same level of service as provided on calls.
- Make proactive outbound calls to quickly resolve customer enquiries or issues (no cold calling involved).
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as payment reconciliation, call logging, and system updates.
- Collaborate with our track teams to ensure smooth event operations and effective diary management.
- Work within the designated shift patterns, including weekends, to ensure phone lines are covered during operating hours.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or call centre role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience and the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player.
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.

Hours
Due to the nature of our business we are open all year round except Christmas day.
Contract: 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
- Sunday: 09:00 - 17:30
- Monday: 09:00 - 18:30
- Wednesday: 09:00 - 18:30
- Thursday: 09:00 - 18:30
