About The Role
As an Account Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers - helping them with queries, supporting our operations team and making sure every interaction is smooth, professional and positive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answering inbound and outbound calls with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Responding to customer emails and queries professionally and efficiently
- Accurately entering and managing customer and vehicle data
- Ensuring all documentation is compliant and up-to-date
- Supporting new customer onboarding for a seamless experience
- Working closely with Sales, Operation, and other internal teams
- Identifying and escalating any issues that need resolution
- Maintaining high standards of customer care at all times

- A confident communicator – both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with great accuracy and organisation
- Positive, willing to learn and ready to take on new challenges
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
