About The Role

As an Account Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers - helping them with queries, supporting our operations team and making sure every interaction is smooth, professional and positive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering inbound and outbound calls with a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Responding to customer emails and queries professionally and efficiently
  • Accurately entering and managing customer and vehicle data
  • Ensuring all documentation is compliant and up-to-date
  • Supporting new customer onboarding for a seamless experience
  • Working closely with Sales, Operation, and other internal teams
  • Identifying and escalating any issues that need resolution
  • Maintaining high standards of customer care at all times

  • Detail-oriented with great accuracy and organisation
  • Positive, willing to learn and ready to take on new challenges
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
