We're looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated Supported Living Service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. Our goal is simple — to empower each person we support to live a fulfilling, independent and meaningful life.
s a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day. You'll lead by example, supporting both the staff team and the individuals we support to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers.
- Ensure personalised support plans are implemented and reviewed regularly.
- Promote independence, choice and inclusion in all aspects of daily life.
- Work closely with families, professionals and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
- Take part in the on-call rota and provide hands-on support when needed
About You
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, confident and committed to high-quality care.
You'll need:
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior support role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A person-centred approach and a genuine passion for helping others reach their potential.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Desirable:
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
- Knowledge of CQC standards and supported living regulations.
