Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and organised space.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
- Utilise Google Suite for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role
- Exceptionally friendly, chatty, and welcoming personality
- Excellent grammar, communication skills, and a professional phone manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Familiarity with social marketing and Google Ads is a plus.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
