The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing investment banking team within a fast-growing international platform. As an Associate, you will gain broad exposure to complex, cross-border transactions and work closely with senior bankers on deal execution and client engagement. The role offers significant responsibility, strong deal flow, and a clear trajectory for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and financing transactions, including valuation, modelling, and due diligence.
  • Prepare client materials such as pitch books, management presentations, and investment memoranda.
  • Support origination initiatives and sector coverage efforts through research and analysis.
  • Manage junior team members and ensure high-quality output across workstreams.
  • Collaborate with senior bankers to drive client relationships and deliver transaction excellence.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
  • Strong technical proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and delivering under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
