Our projects range from high-end temporary hospitality structures to large-scale event installations, bespoke fabrications, and specialist steelwork for international events and exhibitions.

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Welder / Steel Erector to join our fast-growing company.

About the Role

This role is primarily based at our yard in TN22, where you'll be fabricating components for our modular systems. Throughout the year, you will also be required to support installation projects—mostly across the UK, but occasionally overseas. Flexibility and a positive attitude toward travel and working away from home are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate steel components to Execution Class 2 (EXC2) standards
  • Work from drawings with precision, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Support installation teams on event sites when required
  • Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement within the workshop
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider team to meet project deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in MIG welding and steel fabrication
  • Ability to manufacture structural steelwork to EXC2 standards
  • Someone with an engineering mindset: logical, practical, and solutions-focused
  • Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong team player with a willingness to quickly learn our modular system
  • Experience with forklifts, telehandlers, or powered access equipment is preferred
  • Training can be provided for the right candidate
