We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Welder / Fabricator to join LT Welding & Fabrications, working on a mix of mostly structural steelwork and some architectural steel projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication and welding of beams, columns, brackets, balustrades, gates, and bespoke metalwork

  • Working on-site to assist with the installation of structural and architectural steelwork

  • Reading and working from fabrication drawings accurately

  • Working as part of a small, fast-moving team to deliver high-quality work

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a welder/fabricator

  • Ability to read fabrication drawings confidently

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Competent forklift / sideloader operator (preferred but not essential)

  • Reliable, positive attitude, strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£18.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Welding Fabricators: 5 years (preferred)
  • Fabricating: 5 years (preferred)
