Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled
PLC Engineer
5+ years
experienced in
Siemens
and
Allen-Bradley
control systems to design, program, test, and maintain automation systems for industrial processes. The candidate will be responsible for developing PLC logic, integrating control systems, and supporting commissioning and troubleshooting activities at client sites or manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement
    PLC programs
    (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
  • Develop
    HMI/SCADA interfaces
    using platforms such as WinCC, FactoryTalk View, or similar.
  • Perform
    control panel design, I/O mapping, and wiring diagram review
    .
  • Conduct
    system testing, simulation, and commissioning
    at the site.
  • Troubleshoot PLC, network, and field device issues during operation and maintenance.
  • Integrate automation systems with
    industrial communication protocols
  • Ensure compliance with
    safety and quality standards
    in all control system designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
    Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering
    .
  • 5+ years
    of hands-on experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens & Allen-Bradley).
  • Strong knowledge of
    industrial automation systems
    , sensors, drives, and actuators.
  • Experience in
    HMI/SCADA development
    (WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    control network architecture
    and industrial communication protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret
    electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams
    .
  • Excellent
    problem-solving and analytical
    skills.
  • Willingness to
    travel
    for commissioning and site support (as required).

  • Good documentation and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
