We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of management experience who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same, someone equally comfortable leading people, improving processes, winning work, estimating projects, and still being hands-on when required.

- Identify new business opportunities and bring existing customer contacts where possible
- Monitor budgets, costs, and department financial performance

- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills
