Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and have a proven track record in delivering local authority works including all aspects of civil engineering such as paving, drainage, kerbing and highway improvement schemes. A strong understanding of NEC4 is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Implement effective time management and cost control strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Manage documentation using SharePoint, and other content management systems.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making processes throughout the project.
  • Utilising schedule of rates to produce final measure invoicing and cost reports when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team management role.
  • Previous experience working within NEC4 contracts is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
