Your Opportunity

As a Graduate Product Manager, you'll join a dynamic team responsible for defining product strategy, gathering customer insights, and working with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful solutions. You'll be part of a structured development program that builds your skills in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  *   Contribute to product roadmaps and strategic planning

  *   Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  *   Gather and prioritise customer requirements

  *   Collaborate with engineering, UX, and marketing teams to deliver product features

  *   Monitor product performance and support continuous improvement

Who You Are

  *   A recent or upcoming graduate (2025/2026) with a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field

  *   Passionate about technology, innovation, and customer experience

  *   Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills

  *   Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, Confluence)

  *   Able to work collaboratively across teams and functions

Preferred (but not essential) Skills

  *   Understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle

  *   Familiarity with UX principles or customer journey mapping

  *   Exposure to product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
