Our Dundee office is a key centre for product innovation where cross-functional teams shape the future of self-service banking and retail technology.Your OpportunityAs a Graduate Product Manager youll join a dynamic team responsible for defining product strategy gathering customer insights and working with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful solutions. Youll be part of a structured development program that builds your skills in product lifecycle management market analysis and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities * Contribute to product roadmaps and strategic planning * Conduct market research and competitor analysis * Gather and prioritise customer requirements * Collaborate with engineering UX and marketing teams to deliver product features * Monitor product performance and support continuous improvementWho You Are * A recent or upcoming graduate (2025/2026) with a degree in Business Engineering Computer Science Product Design or a related field * Passionate about technology innovation and customer experience * Strong analytical communication and organisational skills * Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g. Excel Jira Confluence) * Able to work collaboratively across teams and functionsPreferred (but not essential) Skills * Understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle * Familiarity with UX principles or customer journey mapping * Exposure to product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel Google Analytics)What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits * Structured graduate development program * Mentorship from experienced product leaders * Inclusive and collaborative work culture * Opportunities for global career progressionHow to ApplyApplications open in late 2025.
