Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of 'Kent'. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation within Kent/Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks, ensuring smooth daily functions, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and ensuring the fleet is road worthy to a high standard. Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. This paid position provides valuable experience and the chance to develope essential skills within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and organisation across departments.
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues on special projects or tasks as required.
- Provide excellent customer service when engaging with clients or visitors.
- Support logistical arrangements including scheduling meetings and managing supplies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Requirements
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in administrative or support roles is desirable but not essential.
- Must be able to commit to the scheduled working hours and adhere to organisational policies. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking practical experience in a professional setting, with opportunities for growth and development.

Pay: £40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
