Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of 'Kent'. Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. This paid position provides valuable experience and the chance to develope essential skills within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and organisation across departments.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on special projects or tasks as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service when engaging with clients or visitors.
  • Support logistical arrangements including scheduling meetings and managing supplies.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in administrative or support roles is desirable but not essential.
  • Must be able to commit to the scheduled working hours and adhere to organisational policies. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking practical experience in a professional setting, with opportunities for growth and development.
