SALARY: Up to £8k per annum + monthly commission.

Auto Assist Group is a growing automotive business with a national mobile technician team and a specialist workshop. Run by technicians, not red tape, we combine main-dealer quality with the friendly, supportive culture of an independent business.

We're now looking for a Saturday Service Advisor to support our growing JLR workshop and mobile operations. You'll be the first point of contact for customers on Saturdays (8:00am–4:30pm) – handling calls, enquiries, quotes and bookings – making sure every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with great customer care. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be a key link between customers, technicians and the wider team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer inbound calls and emails from customers and roadside technicians
  • Book in jobs, create and update workshop and mobile bookings
  • Prepare and issue quotes, including upselling services where appropriate
  • Liaise with technicians, parts and management to keep work flowing smoothly
  • Update the system with accurate notes, job statuses, and customer details
  • Provide a professional, friendly experience for every customer

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales, or similar customer-facing role (motor trade preferred)Confident on the phone with clear, professional communication
  • Comfortable with quoting, upselling and discussing prices with customers
  • Strong admin skills and attention to detail when updating systems
  • Good understanding of basic vehicle servicing/repairs (or keen to learn)
  • Reliable and happy to work every Saturday, 8:00am–4:30pm

Pay: From £10,000.00 per year
