Location: Basingstoke, RG21

Salary: OTE £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual that wants to start their career in Estate Agency.  My client is an Independent, forward thinking agency, that prides themselves on the first-class service they deliver. They are currently seeking a Sales or Junior Sales Negotiator to join their Basingstoke office.

The role is exciting and varied, you will be responsible for booking and attending viewings, calling new and existing clients to win business, upselling of all services ensuring every opportunity is utilised, canvassing for new business and most importantly delivering a first-class service to the clients. 

This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in the property sector. This role offers a basic and personal commission along with a car allowance. Previous experience in residential sales, or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.

The Company: Our client is a leading Independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency with a flourishing business, an excellent local reputation and several busy offices in and around the Basingstoke area.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
  • Highly Organised
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of customer service
  • Good telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving license and own required
