The Role:

We are looking for a mixologist / bartender with flair, precision, and personality. This is a chance to take cocktails, wine, and drinks to the next level in a venue where the bar is as much a stage as the music. You will be an essential part of the immersive experience, interacting with guests, and delivering memorable, world-class service.

Your Mission:

• Create and serve cocktails, wine, and other drinks with impeccable technique, flair, and showmanship.
• Engage with guests, contributing to the immersive jazz atmosphere with charisma and professionalism.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and licensing compliance.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience.
• Bring creativity and innovation to the bar menu, inspired by the glamour of 1930s New York.
• Be flexible and enthusiastic, working evenings, weekends, and during events as required.
