Technical Manager
to oversee and elevate our technical function - driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a skilled technical team of process engineers, toolmakers, technicians and more.
  • Drive process optimisation: enhance quality and efficiency through SPC, DOE, and lean practices.
  • Oversee tooling, machinery, and New Product Introduction—ensuring seamless production launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (NPI, QA, operations) to meet customer standards and compliance.
  • Set and monitor performance KPIs; use data to steer improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership and upskilling across the team.
  • Champion health, safety, and regulatory compliance, including quality frameworks such as IATF 16949.

Who We're Looking For

Required:

  • Demonstrated leadership in injection‑moulding technical or engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of plastics processing, tooling, and relevant industry standards.
  • Effective communication, analytical, and project management capabilities.
  • Experience with SPC, DOE, lean/Six Sigma, and NPI processes.

Preferred:

  • Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, or similar.
  • Automotive quality systems familiarity (e.g., IATF
