With big expansion plans in motion, they're looking for a team of four dynamic Graduate Account Managers to join the team and play a key role in their next stage of hyper-growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and proactively identifying opportunities to provide additional IT, networking, and connectivity solutions.
  • Cross-sell and upsell a full range of services to existing accounts, maximising revenue opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Introduce solutions to customers and facilitate meetings and discussions around their cyber security needs.

About You

  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond to client needs quickly and effectively.
