Based in Edinburgh, Halo Benefits Ltd is a rapidly scaling agentic AI platform business building the UK's first fully compliant, tax-efficient salary-sacrifice optimisation platform. Operating strictly within UK tax-efficiency and government guidelines, we are developing an innovative solution that enables employees to legally and efficiently optimise their tax position by salary-sacrificing into approved schemes — from pensions and electric vehicles to cycle-to-work and, most notably, nursery and wrap-around childcare provision.

Onboarding Specialist
to ensure help key groups sign up to the platform and service – nurseries / childcare providers, employee and employers.
Reporting to the Founders, as our Onboarding Specialist you will play a pivotal role in welcoming new nurseries, employers and employees to the platform, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and positive experience from day one. You will act as the bridge between new users, internal teams, and our product, helping customers understand the platform, navigate onboarding steps, and set themselves up for long-term success. Once successfully onboarded you will ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new employer clients and their employees.
- Deliver high-quality onboarding sessions, demonstrations, and support materials.
- Guide customers through compliance requirements and documentation workflows.
- Troubleshoot onboarding barriers to ensure a smooth and timely activation.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to refine onboarding processes.
- Track onboarding metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
We are looking for hungry and ambitious candidates looking to build a career in a customer facing B2C and B2B customer onboarding role. Some experience in onboarding customers/account management, onto AI/SaaS/Enterprise software and platforms would be a distinct advantage. A confident communicator with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and positively, with exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset. We are keen to hear from anyone with experience in employee benefits, childcare, UK salary sacrifice benefits payroll, HRMC guidelines, SaaS, or tax-efficiency products.
