Hybrid Model (2 days per week in Andover)

The Business

In 2024 they launched into the drinks category and now very excited to be recruiting for an ambitious and impactful Category Manager / Senior Category Manager to deliver both the inspiring and credible long-term strategy and the short-term plans for their grocery and out of home customers.

The role

The Category Manager will work in partnership with customer account managers and sales leads so we're looking for someone with strong category / senior category management experience who can deliver opportunities that hit the sweet spot for the shopper, the category, and the business. A creative, problem-solving approach will stand you in good stead, as will an enjoyment of the creative, storytelling side of category management and strong stakeholder management skills at all levels, including board level.

You

We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate tenacity, commercial astuteness and able to build solid relationships internally. It is essential you have experience in the drinks category within FMCG, this experience is integral to the role, having a deep understanding/knowledge of the category.

Interview process: 2 stages –

1st stage: Initial meet, cv run through, discussion on suitability for the role

2nd stage: F2F presentation and competency based interview
