About Us

Empathia is a domiciliary care provider supporting individuals in their own homes across Pershore and the surrounding area. We are a values-driven team, committed to delivering respectful, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity.

We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to support the daily management and development of our care service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support care staff to deliver high-quality care.
  • Oversee day-to-day care operations and scheduling.
  • Complete assessments and create/maintain person-centred care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain positive communication with clients, families, staff and external agencies.
  • Assist with recruitment, training and ongoing staff development.
  • Participate in the on-call rota as required.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a care management or senior care coordinator role (domiciliary/home care setting preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or higher) or working toward Level 5.

Desirable:

  • Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care.
  • UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
