Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Title: Social Media/Marketing Executive/ Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Assisting the marketing team in the creation, management, organisation and delivery of all social media activities.

Key Duties and responsibilities:

• Create content (incl. Creative designs and captions) relevant to 80scc and company objectives; create lifestyle posts along with brand/product posts to give a consistent look to our on-line feeds
• Creating banners for our website and customer mailshots to enhance sales and drive customers to site.
• Optimise our brand pages; magnify our Social Media business pages for better SEO and visibility.
• Scheduling of campaigns and stories on Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Tiktok and managing workload - design and publish content pages
• Making sure Social Media business pages look attractive to enhance visibility
• Hashtags Research- research hashtags using Premium tools and manually to increase the reach of the business.
• Instagram, Facebook and TikTok experts, manage and maintain cohesive aesthetics.
• Assisting with the production of artwork, imagery and photography and launching of new products lines to site.
• Photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and Canva
• Engaging with customers through the use of social media and responding to customers' online queries and requests.
• Keeping up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms.
• Developing a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content.
• Assisting in promotional video creations and events when required

Requirements of the role:

• Keen interest in Men's fashion with ideally work experience in this field
• Min 2-3 years social media and marketing experience in running and scheduling campaigns
• Creative flair with an ability to create banners/artwork and produce ideas for social media campaigns is essential
• Confident and outgoing personality with passion and positivity
• Excellent attention to detail with copy accuracy.
• Well organised and self-motivated with flexible attitude.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Excellent IT skills including use of Adobe and hootsuite an advantage
• Photography /video editing experience is an advantage

Pay: £26,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
