Job Overview

As the Client Relations Manager, you will be at the heart of our client engagement strategy, fostering relationships that drive repeat business and building new connections to expand our client base. You will leverage your skills in relationship management, strategic outreach, and online networking to elevate our brand reputation and grow your influence within the industry. In time, you will take a leadership role, building and managing your own client relations team to support the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients through referrals, positive word of mouth, and online presence.
  • Actively manage and enhance our online reputation through Google reviews and social proof.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to connect with potential clients and enhance the company's visibility.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for service improvement and client expansion.
  • Prepare for future growth by planning, recruiting, and leading a team within the Client Relations department.

Skills

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service, ideally within the debt collection or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other professional platforms to network, generate leads, and represent the company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ambition to grow within the company, including building and managing a team.
  • Familiarity with online reputation management, including managing reviews and digital engagement.
