Job role: Trainee Audiology Practitioner
Location: Leamington Spa and Warwick store (and a local GP surgery) - travel across these stores and the surgery on specific days in a prequisite of the role
(Must be able to drive as you might be needed to cover both sites as outlined above)
Working hours: Full Time, Friday to Tuesday, 5 days per week
Experience level: Previous hearcare experience is not essential, but you must be able to build rapport with patients with ease, manage any complaints confidently, be able to work at pace as well as be confortable working on your own. You must also be comfortable using your initiative and be confident running clinics on your own once you are trained.
We are looking for someone to join the lovely team with Joanne, the Director at the helm. The team pride themselves in being friendly and welcoming. Joanne started her career in Specsavers over 20 years ago and the team she works with are all experienced individuals, so you will be in very capable hands.
You will be put through the Microsuction Module, which is wax removal, so please be comfortable with this, before applying. In addition to this you will also book and plan clinics, manage the customer journey from start to finish and do all administrative duties in line with clinics and NHS processes.
Salary is: £12.41 per hour or NMW plus 20p per hour on top
