About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious sales professional to lead our clients Dundee branch. The branch is currently turning over £7.5m, with plans to grow to £15m. This is a unique opportunity to take near-complete ownership of a branch – the closest thing to running your own business without investing your own money. You will manage a capable team, drive growth, re-engage dormant accounts, and open doors to new business, particularly with renewable installers and electrical contractors.

Reporting to: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, profitability, and overall branch performance
  • Manage branch operations including payroll, recruitment, warehouse, and deliveries
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a growing team
  • Take ownership of recruitment as the branch expands
  • Lead business development through customer visits, networking, and client engagement
  • Maintain and grow relationships with long-standing customers
  • Problem-solve and provide customer solutions independently

What Our Client is Looking For:

  • Proven sales track record in electrical wholesale or renewables sector
  • 12–18 months of branch management experience
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and ambitious
  • Professional, confident, and credible with contractors and suppliers
  • Dedicated with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Solution-focused mindset – thrives without heavy reliance on CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence for regular customer visits and occasional travel
