Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for relationship management with an assigned portfolio of clients. You will serve as a client liaison throughout the delivery of client service engagements or outsourced solutions. You will be strategically focused and responsible for maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring consistent and proactive communications with clients while completing tasks that support the overall management of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting 8-15 Accounts lead by Account Managers and Sr. Managers alike across our retail accounts
  • Timely and satisfactory execution of administration of client programs, contributing to client satisfaction and the achievement of client and Rakuten Marketing revenue goals.
  • Monitoring affiliate queues to ensure timely queue management by Affiliate Reviewers
  • Supporting partner outreach
  • Learning and understanding how to use our technology
  • Managing internal resources using them effectively and helping Account Managers provide a high level of service for the client
  • Interacting with clients daily via phone and email
  • Reviewing a selection of partnered affiliate websites to identify optimization opportunities

Technical

  • Entry level candidates welcome. Preferred experience could include 1-2 years active marketing or administrative experience
  • Comfortable using Excel
  • Ability to learn PowerPoint and Rakuten Marketing tools and processes
