About the Role

We're looking for a Display and Programmatic Account Director to join our award-winning Sales team. Working closely with our Web team, you'll lead display, video and programmatic strategy across your client patch, driving best-in-class planning, execution and optimisation.

What the opportunity looks like

  • You will be the Display/Video & Programmatic lead across your client patch, seamlessly running accounts with best in class planning.
  • You will own relationships with planning, buying / investment and programmatic teams, selling into both agencies and brands directly.
  • Develop senior client contact strategies, ensuring tailored approaches to objectives.
  • Oversee delivery, optimisation and reporting of campaigns for market-leading execution.
  • Act as an internal expert on display, video, audio and CTV trends and opportunities.
  • Build strong cross-departmental relationships and collaborate on pitches and solutions.
  • Secure repeat and new business from agencies and brands through effective client engagement.

Skills and experience we'd like you to have

  • Strong knowledge of display/video and programmatic capabilities and the digital marketplace.
  • Strong sales background and working towards revenue targets. 
  • Experience running digital campaigns and accounts across multiple clients.
  • Established senior contacts with agencies, media owners and ad-tech partners.
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to convert opportunities into sales and revenue.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and passionate about LADbible Group's brands.
